Booking is in blocks of four weekly sessions.

Cancellations - If a client cancels an appointment it must be at least 24 hours before their session, otherwise the full fee for the session will be charged. If cancelled by the client, more than 24 hours before the session or by prior arrangement, there is no charge.

If the session is cancelled by the Counsellor, there will be no charge.
